Is InvoyFlow free?
Yes. The free plan includes 4 invoices per month with PDF export and online payments. Core is $8/mo (10 invoices), Unlimited is $15/mo (unlimited).
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Create an account and send your first invoices without entering payment details.
How long does setup take?
Most users send their first invoice in under five minutes — add your business name, logo, and first client.
Payments & billing
How do clients pay?
Clients click a secure link on the invoice and pay by card (Stripe) or PayPal. No client account required.
Does InvoyFlow take a cut of payments?
InvoyFlow does not charge per-invoice fees. Standard Stripe and PayPal processing fees apply.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings — your account downgrades to free at the end of the billing period.

Can my accountant access my account?
Yes. Invite team members with read-only accountant access.
Can I export my data?
