By using InvoyFlow, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account information and comply with applicable laws when invoicing clients.

You retain ownership of your invoice and client data. You grant us a license to host and process it to provide the service.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support within 14 days of charge.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, send spam, or violate payment processor rules.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
